Nero Belgian Waffle Bar

I don’t typically talk about restaurants on my blog when I go traveling (though I do mention the wonderful treats I eat at certain locations); however, Nero Belgian Waffle Bar is somewhere that I would like to share with you all because of its delicious food and amazing service.

Where and what is Nero?

Located in downtown Vancouver, Nero is a Belgian Waffle Bar that serves a variety of Belgian waffles for an affordable price.

Now, all of their waffles are made in-house and from scratch. And as per their website, they use local ingredients as well as some specialty ingredients from Belgium.

Would I recommend Nero?

10 out of 10 would recommend.

Not only is Nero an affordable place that gives you a decent sized serving, but more importantly, the staff is cheerful, bright, and very polite – and that is something that is beyond important in my books.

What should I order at Nero?

The most difficult decision is picking what kind of waffle you want to get, there are too many great choices to pick from!

Your first decision is to figure out whether you are wanting something savoury or sweet, as well as what kind of waffle you would like.

Do you want a light and crispy waffle (Brussels) or a soft and sweet waffle (Liège)?

From there, you have a handful of selections of different kinds of waffles to choose from.
